Ultraw is an online marketplace connecting customers, vendors, and delivery partners across Belize. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ultraw.bz and related services (the “Platform”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for providing accurate registration details, keeping your password secure, and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in Belize, to purchase age-restricted items such as liquor and wine. Notify us at support@ultraw.bz if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Each order you place is an offer to purchase products listed by independent vendors on the Platform. Availability, stock, and pricing are set by vendors and may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for that item.
Prices are displayed in Belize Dollars (BZD) and may differ from in-store pricing. While we work to keep listings accurate, errors in price, description, or availability can occur. Where a clear pricing error is identified, Ultraw or the vendor may cancel the affected item and refund any amount charged.
Deliveries are fulfilled by Ultraw delivery partners across serviceable areas of Belize. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, traffic, or vendor preparation times. Valid ID may be requested on delivery for age-restricted or high-value orders.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by submitting fraudulent orders, interfering with its operation, infringing the rights of others, reselling products obtained through Ultraw, or using the service for any unlawful purpose under Belize law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Ultraw name, logo, the “Anything. Delivered.” tagline, and all Platform content are owned by Ultraw or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
Ultraw provides the Platform on an “as is” basis and acts as an intermediary between customers and independent vendors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultraw is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the quality of goods supplied by vendors, beyond the value of the affected order.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date, and your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
